Cougar Creek's House of Horrors is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable Xmas event for patrons in these crazy times of the global pandemic. Some of the steps to keep employees and patrons safe include:

  • All attendees born 2002 and earlier must provide government ID and proof of fully COVID vaccination with QR code, as per BC Health regulations. For more information please go to the BC Government COVID-19 information page HERE

  • Attendees born 2003 to 2009 only need to show proof of full COVID vaccination with QR code and do not need to show government photo ID

  • All patrons and employees must wear a respiratory mask while attending this event (facial covering that covers your mouth)

  • All employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19

  • Sanitization. At this point I think we all expect extra heavy sanitzation wherever we go. We do all the usual stuff that you'd expect when it comes to sanitization from having plenty of hand-sanitizer stations to increased social distancing to fully vaccinated employees to frequent deep-cleans of the haunted houses themselves. You can be sure we're doing our part to try and make sure this pandemic doesn't get any worse.

  • Total ticket capacity has been reduced to ensure better spacing amongst guests.

  • Total group size for any group of patrons going through the haunts will be LIMITED TO 6 GUESTS MAXIMUM. Groups of 7 or 8 (or larger) will be split into approximately equal groups.
