No Refunds/ All Sales Final Policy
 

All Sales Are Final
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a ticket is purchased or a transaction is completed, the sale is considered final. If you fail to utilize your tickets for the scheduled date or time, you will still be charged the full amount; no credits or re-admissions will be issued for unused tickets.
 

Right To Refuse Admission
Cougar Creek’s House of Horrors reserves the absolute right to refuse admission to any person or to remove any patron from the premises at the sole discretion of management.
 

Operational Changes & Force Majeure
Prices and operating schedules are subject to change without prior notice. All attractions are subject to temporary closures due to routine maintenance, safety protocols, or inclement weather.

In the event of a facility shutdown caused by circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, power outages, terrorist acts, bomb threats, civil unrest, or any false alarms—Cougar Creek’s House of Horrors is not responsible for issuing refunds or compensation to ticket holders.
