• Frequency: Message frequency varies. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of messages sent.

• Reliability: Sometimes messages may disappear. Cougar Creek and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Carriers: We support major providers and most minor regional carriers.
   

3. Cancellation & Help

• To Opt-Out: Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our shortcode at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text.

• Multiple Programs: If you are enrolled in multiple Cougar Creek programs, you must unsubscribe from each one individually.
